Art of living

I have been curious about art of living for a long time.
I think it is the most legitimate course on spirituality out there.
Anyone having a good experience kindly share with us.

I did have some piece of it when I was in school, Shri Shri Pandit ravishankar ji himself came to our city and our school. Then after his visit we had a week long yoga program conducted by art of living volunteers it was really useful, I think Yoga is the most easy to do and feel good fitness exercises you can find. 20 minutes of yoga is what they recommend I did continued doing it for a year then left it, but now trying to get the old good habits back lolz.

I am a fan of Sri Sri Ravishankarji too. Art of living once conducted a program in Anna University when lakhs of people attended. that was an exclusive program of its kind offered free for public by Guruji himself. He gave a talk and then we had pranayamas and meditation sessions. As the name itself indicates, Art of Living mainly focusses on programs for relieving stress, and leading a healthy and happy life. for more details, visit,

That is awesome man!! Unfortunately I missed that program, but we had one before in our school and the program is a real eye opener for us. We are so crazed about weight training and physiotherapy but we ignore our own yoga. Yoga is awesome and everyone should try it. Its results are truly astonishing improves your bodies health in both mental and physical way.

For me a man in good shape is one who can touch this toes standing up without bending his knees if you can do that you can say that you are in a relatively good shape.
