Mine is Firefox by a biiiig margin. Becoz of its infinite addons and themes and also much less memory consumption.
Chrome comes a close second but it is not as customizable and uses a process for every tab hence cumulatively using more memory.

i would like to mention about the mobile browsers bcos most of the time i use internet on mobile..

im using opera mini for browsing on mobile.its latest version is 4.2. from the version 4.0 opera mini provides desktop version of sites in mobile..it's available in handsets having wap2.0 version... u can download opera mini in ur mobile via http://mini.opera.com/beta/ we can browse in opera mini with a Thumb!! lolz
